Refund policy

Not in love with your purchase?

We will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your purchase. 

All we ask:

  • That you email us within 10 days of receiving your purchase and request our exchange/refund form. Your 10 days starts from when Australia Post marks your parcel delivered via their parcel tracking system.

  • The scissors then need to be posted back to us via a tracked service. In as new condition, with no damage and in the original packaging. This includes free with purchase items case, scissor key, cleaning cloth and oil pen inside the case with completed exchange/refund form.
  • As soon as we receive and confirm no damage to the returned item(s) we will either exchange them for the ones you have selected or issue you a refund. 
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment option and can take up 5 business days to be received.
